How Do I Create A Account?

At the top
of the home page, click Register and complete the prompts for your email
address and username.  You are ready to
shop!  After you have made your
selections and are ready to check out, you will be prompted to add shipping and
billing addresses and a credit card.


Can I Place an Order Over the Phone

Yes!  Just call our customer service staff at
818-904-3331, and they will be happy to assist you.  Be sure to have your credit card ready!


Shipping Options 

Many of the
items offered on the include free ground shipping.  You have the option of upgrading to a 3-day
service or Overnight service at an extra cost. 
For products that do not include free shipping, you have the option of
selecting ground, 3-day or overnight services, and those costs will be added to
your order.


Shipping Outside the United States

As of now Dig It Pet can only ship to the United States and accept payments from a United States based billing address.


Sales Tax
charges the applicable state sales tax.

How Quickly Will My Order Ship

received prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will ship the same business day.  Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will
ship the next business day.


Changing or Canceling an Order

To change or
cancel an order, call our Customer Service Department at 818-904-3331.  Because orders are packed very quickly,
please call immediately after placing your order to ensure the order is
canceled.  Your method of payment will be
credited the same day provided your order has not shipped.


Order Status

After your
order ships, you will receive an email with a confirmation number that will
allow you to track your package.

behind our products and offer a 100% guarantee from damages or defects.  Any damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped
orders will be credited to you as soon as we receive the merchandise back from

reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return
policy.  When we receive the return at
our facility, your account will be credited for the purchase price.  It may take up to seven days for the credit to
appear on your statement.   If the product included free shipping, we do deduct
the original shipping fee to any order that was not damaged or defective.
