We will gladly take your order via phone at 818-904-3331. Just have your Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover card ready and one of our customer service staff will be happy to help.

Returns:
All of our products are 100% Guaranteed from damages or defects. Due to safety standards and other regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: Crates, Soft Crate and Fleece beds unless they are deemed defective or incorrect from invoice. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase, simply print our return form and ship the item(s) back for a full refund to:

We will gladly refund the amount of your item(s) minus the original shipping charges. We will credit your credit card account after we receive the product(s) back. Please note that the credit may take up to 7 days to show up on your credit card account.

Note that all orders that are not signed for, have an address correction, denied or refused shipment and is returned back to us will be charged the returned shipping fee.

Sales Tax:
Dig It Pet is required by law to collect sales tax in the state of California. If you wish to make a Tax Exempt purchase, contact our customer service desk so we can put you on file.

Payment:
We take Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or PayPal. Checks and Money Orders are accepted, but take longer to process your order.

Shipping:
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise instructed. Unlike other sites, we charge actual UPS rates. Live in Los Angeles or surrounding areas? Will call pick-up is also available.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses. Order received before 2:00 p.m. pacific standard time, ship the same day. Otherwise the order will ship on the next business day. UPS does not pickup or deliver on weekends.

Dig it Pet reserves the right to ship orders in the best and fastest possible manner. All orders will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. In some cases we will ship an
order via US Postal Service.
