Returns:
All of our products are 100% Guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) within 14 days of your purchase, simply print our return form and ship the item(s) back for a full refund to:

Sales Tax:
Dig It Pet is required by law to collect sales tax in the state of California.  If you wish to make a Tax Exempt purchase, contact our customer service desk so we can put you on file.

Payment:
We take Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover or PayPal.  Checks and Money Orders are accepted, but take longer to process your order. 

Shipping:
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise instructed.  Unlike other sites, we charge actual UPS rates.  Live in Los Angeles or surrounding areas? Will call pick-up is also available.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.  Order received before 2:00 p.m. pacific standard time, ship the same day.  Otherwise the order will ship on the next business day.  UPS does not pickup or deliver on weekends.
